With five 1G SFP ports, four 10G SFP+ ports, and an additional Gigabit Ethernet port, it serves as an excellent upgrade for existing CRS212 setups. The switch features a modern ARM v7 CPU, 256 MB of RAM, and improved cooling, supported by high-performance Marvell switch-chips.
The Gigabit Ethernet port directly connects to the switch chip, ensuring full gigabit speed. Moreover, the switch supports PoE-in, providing an additional powering option for challenging locations. You can easily mount this device in a standard 1U rack, benefitting from its powerful capabilities, including hardware offloaded VLAN-filtering and some Layer-3 routing.
