Tycon Power POE-CONV-4824G 802.3af/at Weatherproof Power Over Ethernet Converter

The Tycon Power POE-CONV-4824G is a cost-effective, gigabit-speed converter that can convert active PoE signals (48VDC) to passive PoE signals (24VDC). The device is designed to accept standard PoE signals that meet IEEE802.3af/at/bt standards or 48V Passive PoE signals. The converter outputs 24V Passive PoE, capable of providing up to 12W of power to compatible devices.

The full metal body of the converter is designed to improve EMI and surge suppression and includes integral mounting tabs, making it easily mountable. Additionally, the converter incorporates built-in electrical surge, overload, and short circuit protections, ensuring safe and reliable operation. A unique status indicator provides users with a visual indication of the converter's operating status.

The converter is compact, rugged, and designed for indoor or outdoor use within a weatherproof enclosure. It is compatible with all 24V Passive PoE devices requiring 12W or less, making it a versatile and reliable choice for powering various devices.
